Donald S. Baker has been practicing law since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1978, first as a litigator and then as a family law specialist. He holds a special designation with the Law Society of Upper Canada for his education, experience, and knowledge in family law.  For over thirty years he has successfully represented clients in complex matters relating to enforcement of custody and support orders, professional practice and business valuations, complex tax and pension matters in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal.

Andrea concentrates her practice exclusively in the area of family law where she represents clients in a complete array of matters, including divorce, child custody and access, child and spousal support, marital contracts and property division.

Jill graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta.  She earned her LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2007.  In her second year at Osgoode, Jill volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project where she assisted self-represented family law litigants in preparing their cases for the Ontario Court of Justice.  In her third year, she acted as coordinator for the Project. 

Since her call to the Ontario Bar, Jill has practiced primarily in family law.  Jill is a skilled negotiator and a strong advocate for her clients. Jill focuses on each client’s unique and individual circumstances in order to best represent their interests.
