
Alison is a strong negotiator and litigator with practical approach designed to resolve her clients' family law cases efficiently and effectively.
Alison was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 and joined Baker and Baker shortly thereafter. She exclusively practices in the areas of family law. Her practice encompasses all areas of the law arising from cohabitation and marriage including property division, support, custody and access. She also practices in the area of child protection.
Alison is an experienced litigator who regularly appears at the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. She also represents clients in negotiations and various forms of alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation.
