Joseph obtained his J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2016 and called to the Ontario Bar in June 2017. Joseph practices in all aspects of family law. He earned his undergraduate degree with honours from York University in Criminology.
Joseph is committed to advocating for his clients and ensuring that they fully understand and realize their legal rights in every case. Joseph strives to obtain the most favourable outcomes for his clients as inexpensively as possible.
Joseph is passionate about children, youth, and the community. He completed his articles in the legal department of a restorative youth justice organization in Toronto focused on assisting youth who encounter the Youth Criminal Justice System and increasing the capacity of youth living within marginalized communities. Prior to that, Joseph volunteered as a Special Friend and Mentor with the Children’s Aid Society for three years, volunteered as a basketball head coach and assistant coach at two different high-schools and volunteered as a Lead Circle Keeper at Peacebuilders International. During law school, Joseph devoted much of his time to serving clients at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic, Family Law Division. Joseph continues to volunteer with many community organizations.
In his spare time, Joseph enjoys playing basketball and hockey, trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.
